He is a Soft skills, Life skills (including Happiness & Wellness programme) and Personality Development Trainer (Educational Institutions, Hospitals and Corporate Organisations), Teacher’s Trainer, Outbound programme Trainer (OBT), International Conference Moderator, National Level Quiz Master, Management Studies Event Judge, Master of Ceremonies. Career Guidance Trainer and provides Special Student support on request basis. He is a Curriculum Committee member for MBA programme of Nehru College of Engineering & Research Centre (Autonomous), Thrissur and the Corporate Relations Officer of MES College, Marampally, Kochi.Hashim hails from the town of Aluva, Cochin, Keralam. He has a Master degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management. His boundless passion for training and development has been illuminating the minds of young aspiring professionals and seasoned employees across God's own country.

Neethu, born and brought up in Kottayam, the 'Akshara Nagari' (land of letters), Kerala, is a full-time clinical research professional. Coming from lifesciences background with a Master's degree in Industrial Biotechnology, she started her career in 2008 and worked with pharmaceutical giants Pfizer and Novartis. She has experience handling multiple teams from the different cultural, educational backgrounds across the globe. She has conducted multiple global-level trainings and has authored multiple globaldocuments in her position as functional global lead for clinical studies as well as lead teams from 40+ countries. She is now the Training and Development Manager in a multinational clinical research organization and her extensive global experience brings NUR Skills a unique advantage and is sure to help those associate with us to see themselves in a global perspective.
